2006 National Conference

The 2006 NDTA Conference in Stamford, CT, was a huge educational and networking success. The National Conference and Planning Committee, co-chaired by Lois Bly and Carol Nunez-Parker, created an outstanding roster of speakers. Half of the nearly 200 who attended the conference came to the pre-conference sessions. The annual auction brought in over $5,000. A big thank-you to Kay Folmar, who landed fabulous live auction donations—such as a Mac laptop, an iPod, a GPS system, a Tiffany key ring, a Cabo San Lucas vacation package, and a blanket from Peru—that brought in the big bucks.

Here are some comments and reminders of the fun:

"The conference was full of fun, food, and friends who were all committed to learning and improving the lives of their patients." – Emily McDonald, Abilene, TX

"Great updates on the newest scientific findings affecting our area of work as therapists. A lot of fun getting to meet and know others who treat using NDT principles." – Linda Jung, Schenectady, NY
