Instructor Profile
| Lois Bly, MA, PT, is an internationally respected NDT Coordinator-Instructor and clinician who offers seminars, workshops and NDT Certificate courses throughout the US, Canada, South America, Australia, Germany, Hong Kong and South Africa. Ms. Bly was certified in Neuro-Developmental Treatment by the Bobaths in London and received her NDT Instructor’s Certification in Switzerland from Mary Quinton and Dr. Elizabeth Kong. Ms. Bly received the NDTA Award of Excellence in 2000. She received her Master’s degree in Motor Learning from Teacher’s College, Columbia University.
Lois has authored several publications including: MONOGRAPH: The Components of Normal Movement During the First Year of Life and Abnormal Motor Development, Neuro-Developmental Treatment Association, Inc., Chicago, 1983; A Historical & Current View of the Basis of NDT, Pediatric Physical Therapy, Williams and Wilkins, Vol. 3:3, Fall 1991, pp 131-135; Motor Skills Acquisition in the First Year: An Illustrated Guide to Normal Development, Therapy Skill Builders, Tucson, 1994 as well as several others.
