Instructor Profile
| Suzanne M. Davis, RPT graduated from the University of Maryland in 1980. She is a Neuro-Developmental (NDT) Coordinator-Instructor for the eight-week intensive course on pediatrics for physical, occupational and speech therapists. She is a member of the Theory Committee of the NDTA Instructor’s Group. Ms. Davis has provided instruction through various short and long courses throughout the United States and internationally. She has a private practice, Pediatric Therapy Associates, in Plantation, Florida and has taught at universities in the graduate and undergraduate programs both as a professor and guest lecturer. Ms. Davis has published articles in her area of expertise. Being the parent of a child with cerebral palsy has given Ms. Davis first hand experience of the joys and trials of parenting a child with disability. She currently resides in Columbia, CT. The enthusiasm for her work, which expands over thirty years as a pediatric therapist and instructor, along with her easy presentation style, provide the theoretical and practical solutions all therapists can use with their patient population. |
