| Teresa Gutierrez, PT, MS, PCS: Received BS degree in Physical Therapy from the National University in Bogota, Colombia in1972 and Master of Science degree from the University of Washington in 1990. Ms. Gutierrez has been an APTA Certified Pediatric Specialist since 1994 and re-certified in 2004. She became a Coordinator Instructor for NDTA in 2001 and has been teaching basic NDT courses since 1992. Ms. Gutierrez has been an adjunct faculty member in the University of Puget Sound since 1990 lecturing in special topics in the area of pediatrics. Teresa works in private practice providing evaluation and treatment for children and neonates. |
