Cancellation Policy

Full refund of the course registration fee, less $50 administrative fee, will be granted upon receipt of a written request postmarked on or before 30 days before the first day of the course. Cancellations by the attendee less than 30 days from the first day of the course are not eligible for any refund.

DESCRIPTION

Target audience: MSN-RN, BSN-RN, ASN-RN, LPN, CNA 

This seminar will provide participants with current information about neuro developmental treatment (NDT), best practices in neuro rehabilitation, motor learning, movement science, and review some critical principles that should be applied for optimal rehabilitation patient outcomes in nursing intervention. Lecture, lab, demonstration, task and movement analysis, problem-solving, and experiential learning will help participants improve their assessment and treatment skills for adult patients with neurologic impairment. This practical hands-on training is important and relevant for all nursing professions and practice settings in order to produce the most optimal outcomes. Course instructional material is relevant for beginners to advanced practitioners.
