The conference begins on Thursday, April 18th at 9:00 AM US Central Time. This page contains important information for attendees about accessing the conference app, attending sessions, and claiming your CME.

This week, you received a link to get into the conference platform, Whova, and login using the email address you used to register for the conference. You can access the platform via web browser or mobile app.

Using Whova

• If you need more guidance on how to use Whova to attend the event, please read the Whova User Guide.
• The preferred browsers for Whova are Google Chrome or Firefox. If you are a Mac user, you will need to use Chrome or Firefox instead of Safari.
• To download the mobile app, search "Whova" in the App Store on your iPhone or in Google Play on your Android phone.
• Make sure you are using the most updated version of Zoom

Navigating the Program

• Bookmark the NDTA 2024 Annual Meeting link for easy access.
• Browse the 2024 Schedule and make note of sessions you don’t want to miss! Plan ahead to start sessions at their designated time.
• You can build your customized schedule in Whova (My Agenda) for all sessions and events and set a reminder.
• The designated time zone is US Central Time Zone for all sessions and events. You can update your time zone preference settings in Whova by selecting the “Local Time Button” on the top conference banner.

Connecting with Attendees

• Visit the Community Board to begin networking with your colleagues and schedule virtual meet-ups.
• Make sure to update your profile to best connect with your fellow attendees.
• Actively engage with conference speakers and attendees during the sessions by utilizing the Chat feature in conference sessions.

Claiming CE Credit

Session Codes and Evaluations MUST be submitted through the CIAO Seminars website by the deadlines listed below.

PT/PTAs

• Submit all session codes/evaluations by Mon 04/22/24 at 5:00 pm CDT.
• Attend LIVE sessions. (This means you attend the session at the time is it scheduled. Viewing recordings AFTER the conference does not count for PT/PTA credit)
• Login to the CIAO website between 04/18/24 and 04/22/24
• Complete an Evaluation for each session attended
• Enter Session Code for each session attended
• NJ and TX PT/PTAs complete Sign-In Sheets (posted with conference documents). Email or fax to CIAO.

OT/COTAs and SLPs

• Submit all session codes/evaluations by Mon 05/06/24 at 5:00 pm CDT.
• Attend LIVE or View Recorded sessions.
• Login to the CIAO website between 04/18/24 and 05/06/24 (instructions available on the conference website)
• Complete an Evaluation for each session attended/viewed.
• Enter Session Code for each session attended/viewed.
