Claiming CE Credit

Session Codes and Evaluations MUST be submitted through the CIAO Seminars website by the deadlines listed below.

NDT CE

The conference NDT CEUs must be self-reported. Once you have your conference certificate, you can enter the whole conference as one program under Self-Reported Continuing Education on your recertification application. Follow the steps below to complete this task.

• All sessions count toward your NDT recertification.
• Self-report up to 29.50  contact hours in your NDTA recertification application.
• Login to your account at https://ndta.learningbuilder.com/
• View your Contuing Education Application and click "Add CE" under "Self Reported Continuing Education"

Enter the infromation for the full conference as one record.

• Course Name: 2026 NDTA Annual Conference
• Education Provider: NDTA
• Start Date: 4/17/2026
• End Date: 4/19/2026
• Requesting Continuing Education Units: 29.50*

*This is the total number available at the conference. All of the courses (both live and on demand) that you attended will be counted toward your NDTA recertification.

• Upload your certificate from CIAO
• Course taught by NDTA Instructor: Select ONE NDTA instructor that was featured at the conference (the system will not permit you to select more than one)

OT/COTAs and SLPs

• Submit all session codes/evaluations by Tue 05/05/2026 at 5:00 pm CDT.
• Attend LIVE or View Recorded sessions.
• Login to the CIAO website between 04/17/2026 and 05/05/2026.
• Complete an Evaluation for each session attended/viewed.
• Enter Session Code for each session attended/viewed.

PT/PTAs

• The deadline to submit credits through CIAO is  Tue 04/21/2026 at 5:00 pm CDT.
• Depending on your state licensure, some PT/PTAs can earn up to 19.50 CE credits for recorded education. Check with your state licensing board before registering.
• Complete an Evaluation for each session attended
• Enter Session Code for each session attended
• NJ and TX PT/PTAs complete Sign-In Sheets (posted with conference documents). Email or fax to CIAO.

Reviewing Sessions

• Access the NDTA 2026 Annual Meeting (link available 2 weeks before conference begins)
• From the Agenda, navigate to the session you wish to view and click play to start the video.
• Session recordings are available for 30 days, until May 19, 2026.

IMPORTANT: Registrations received after Thu 04/16/2026 at 12:00 pm CDT cannot be guaranteed access to CIAO’s website until Mon 04/20/2026 at 2:00 pm CDT.
