Claiming CE Credit

Session Codes and Evaluations MUST be submitted through the CIAO Seminars website by the deadlines listed below.

NDTA

• All sessions count toward your NDT recertification.
• Self-report up to 19.50  contact hours in your NDTA recertification application.
• For guidance self-reporting your CEUs, view this  Online Tutorial  on the NDTA Education Portal.

OT/COTAs and SLPs

• Submit all session codes/evaluations by Tue 05/05/2025 at 5:00 pm CDT.
• Attend LIVE or View Recorded sessions.
• Login to the CIAO website between 04/17/2025 and 05/05/2025.
• Complete an Evaluation for each session attended/viewed.
• Enter Session Code for each session attended/viewed.

PT/PTAs

• The deadline to submit credits through CIAO is  Tue 04/21/2026 at 5:00 pm CDT.
• Depending on your state licensure, some PT/PTAs can earn up to 19.50 CE credits for recorded education. Check with your state licensing board before registering.
• Complete an Evaluation for each session attended
• Enter Session Code for each session attended
• NJ and TX PT/PTAs complete Sign-In Sheets (posted with conference documents). Email or fax to CIAO.

Reviewing Sessions

• Access the NDTA 2026 Annual Meeting (link available 2 weeks before conference begins)
• From the Agenda, navigate to the session you wish to view and click play to start the video.
• Session recordings are available for 30 days, until May 19, 2026.

IMPORTANT: Registrations received after Thu04/16/2026 at 12:00 pm CDT cannot be guaranteed access to CIAO’s website until Mon 04/20/2026 at 2:00 pm CDT.
